Burgunder Sauce - Burgundy Sauce
This hearty burgundy aromatic sauce has a tender, spicy flavour. It goes particularly well with meat dishes as it has a strong taste. This recipe shows how easy it is to prepare. It can be made in no time.
860 ml thick brown sauce - HP Sauce
60 gr. small onions.
140 ml Pinot Noir wine
15 gr. sugar
140 ml of beef stock

Peel the onions and scald them three times.
In a pan, brown the sugar, add the lemon juice and a little stock.
Stew the onions in it until they become transparent and brown.
Boil it all up again and pour the wine into this mixture.
Cook it on a low flame till the sauce becomes thick.
