Tuna Salad

Tuna salad, made with a few simple ingredients, is a classic light and fresh comfort food.

It is one of the typical dishes perfect for adults and children, who can also eat some vegetables that accompany this recipe.


  • 200 gr. pasta, cooked “al dente

  • 100 gr. olives

  • 125 gr. cherry tomatoes

  • 185 gr. canned tuna in spring water, drained

  • 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

  • 30 gr. spring onions, chopped

  • 70 gr. rocket salad

  • 20 gr. parmesan, shaved

  • A pinch of black pepper

  • Salt

  1. In a salad bowl, break up the tuna with a fork.

  2. Combine it with cherry tomatoes, olive oil, spring onions, olives, rocket, pasta, salt and black pepper.

  3. Dress with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.

  4. Stir to combine.

  5. Sprinkle parmesan on top of each plate.
